Current Chief Operations Officer for Cosira International (SA), Paul da Silva has established himself firmly in the Operational realms of Silva Group Holdings, and has more recently been appointed to lead the Development strategies for Moreland Investments.  Having specialized in Mechanotechnics in 1990, and having been responsible for the operational aspect of a multitude of automotive outlets, Paul da Silva has brought a vast amount of operational expertise to the Group.  Initially appointed to Cosira International  (SA) in 1998 to manage operations of the then Heriot Shop 1, the only fabrication shop at Cosira International (SA).  Within a short period of time he exceeded output deemed exceptional by any standards for a manually operated plant.   

Paul da Silva has since played an integral role from the design to the completion of the new state-of-the-art factory for Cosira International (SA) in Vulcanica, with facilities which can accommodate approximately of 4500 tonnes of structural steel per month with excess capacity, and was also instrumental in ensuring that Cosira International (SA) achieved ISO 9001:2000, the first privately owned group in the structural steel fabrication industry to attain this certification. Paul is a deeply committed in ensuring that Moreland Investments and Cosira International (SA) not only meet but exceed the demands of the construction industry with a dynamic approach that emphasizes commitment, accountability and responsibility.
