Aptly defined as ‘The Constructions Recruitment Professionals’, Isabel has developed a dynamic approach to recruitment designed to achieve not only the optimum placement of resources, but is also designed to assist in the realization of successful human performance management within organizations.  This innovative approach can be seen within Cosira International (SA) and Moreland Investments where Isabel oversees all matters relating to human performance management, engaging with all levels concerned to achieve optimal levels of productivity at all times.

Having completed an HR Management Diploma though Damelin (South Africa) and currently completing a in BA in Psychology through UNISA (South Africa), Isabel has cast a solid foundation in line with the core operating values to which the Group consistently adheres to in ensuring that their key element in business, their people, are afforded every opportunity for success across all subsidiaries of Silva Group Holdings and beyond.
